A German woman who splashed out on breast implants with a loan from her then boyfriend now fears her assets could be re-possessed after she failed to fully reimburse him, the 20-year-old woman told Bild newspaper.

Her ex-boyfriend is demanding that she return the 4,379 euros ($5,865) he gave her to pay for her breast enlargement surgery in 2009 or he’ll call the police and get the repossessors involved, Bild reported on Wednesday.

“It’s true that Carsten signed a loan agreement shortly before the operation,” the woman named only as Anastasia is quoted saying. “The condition was that I wouldn’t have to pay him back if I stayed with him for a year.”

But the pair split shortly after she underwent the plastic surgery. The woman said she had transferred 3,000 euros into her ex-boyfriend’s account last week.

Organisers plan for same-sex couples to gather and kiss in a so-called flashmob protest when the Pope arrives to consecrate the city’s Sagrada Familia church and celebrate mass in Spain on November 7.

“We are hoping for a crowd of people of the same sex who will kiss each other for two minutes in front of the Pope,” said Marylene Carole, one of the organisers.

“After two minutes, the flashmob will finish and each participant will leave as if nothing happened,” she said.

The organisers, a group of half a dozen friends who say they are not affiliated to any association, are inviting people via Facebook, Twitter, and a blog to take part.

They complained that Facebook had taken down two event pages titled Queer Kissing Flashmob that were being used to advertise the protest, without giving a clear explanation.

“The reason is to show our unhappiness with an institution which for a long time has been against the sexual and emotional rights of many people who do not practice exclusively reproductive sex or people who do not love each other in the way that the institution thinks is right,” Carole said.

Another of the organisers, Joan Perez, said about 300 people so far plan to attend.

The Pope will visit Santiago de Compostela, one of the Roman Catholic Church’s holiest sites, on November 6.

In a move that is sure to outrage those who trade files on BitTorrent networks as well as legal watchdog groups, a well-known pornographer has filed a federal copyright suit against 7,098 individuals.

Axel Braun Productions filed the complaint on Friday in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, alleging that the defendants illegally shared the adult film “Batman XXX: A Porn Parody,” a film distributed by Vivid Entertainment, one of the country’s best known porn studios.

“Fuck ‘em all,” Braun told Xbiz. “People don’t realize that when you pirate a movie it hurts all of the people who work very hard to get it produced — from the cast to the production assistants to the makeup artists…So we are going after every one of them who pirates our content.”

All the tough talk notwithstanding, the number of defendants named in a single lawsuit is sure to be condemned by leaders at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, the advocacy group for Web users and tech companies. Leaders there have taken a stand against the lumping together of thousands of separate defendants into a single complaint. In an interview two weeks ago, Cindy Cohn, EFF’s legal director, told CNET: “If you lump a bunch of people together, it’s harder for each individual to have their case heard and evaluated on the merits.”

The law firm of Dunlap, Grubb & Weaver, resurrected the practice of suing individuals for copyright violations. The firm began filing complaints early this year on behalf of independent film studios, including Voltage Pictures, the production company that made the Academy Award winning film, “The Hurt Locker.”

The music industry undertook a similar campaign from 2003 to 2008.

Several lawyers, including Ken Ford, who is representing Braun in the “Batman” case, have adopted a similar strategy as Dunlap’s and have filed suits on behalf of adult-film makers, such as Third World Media and Larry Flynt, the founder of Hustler.

Up to now, attorneys following the Dunlap method start the process by gathering Internet protocol addresses belonging to people who allegedly share movie files. They file a complaint in federal naming the defendants as “John Does.” A request is made of the court to issue subpoenas to each of the Doe’s Internet service provider to obtain each of the accused person’s name and other information. Then they offer those accused a chance to settle out of court.

If a person refuses to settle then conceivably, the attorneys representing the copyright owners will sue, although that has yet to happen. Cohn and other critics of this approach say they doubt the attorneys will want to spend the money on potentially drawn out litigation. Ford told CNET last month that he isn’t bluffing and will sue.

With a cheeky, happy smile and holding her university ID cards, Elizabeth Hawkenson looks like she’s posing for a friend’s photograph taken on a phone.

But the truth is far less innocent. In fact the 18-year-old is about to participate in a porn film – and is flashing her identification to prove she is not under age.

Miss Hawkenson is a first year studying geology at Arizona State University, but it is not her interest in rocks and soil that has brought her internet fame.

She now faces having her $33,000 scholarship pulled and being kicked out of uni after her extra-curricular activities came to the attention of her lecturers.

A letter condemning her behaviour was sent to the university board by an alleged former student.

The anonymous letter to the university’s Board of Regents said:’ I am writing to express my shock and horror at the public conduct of Elizabeth A. Hawkenson.

‘ This person recently appeared in an internet video in which she identified herself by name, showed her student ID card, then proceeded to engage in explicit and degrading sexual activities with a stranger.

‘ She was paid for the act and signed a waiver allowing the video to be posted on the internet.

‘ As an alumnus, I object to Ms. Hawkenson’s choice to identify herself as an ASU student in a pornographic video that is available to the general public. I feel that clearly violates the Student Code of Conduct.

‘On behalf of my fellow alumni, I demand that Ms. Hawkenson’s Scholar Award be revoked immediately. A young woman who brings shame on her university in such a public and degrading way does not deserve the financial support of that university.’

The Board said it had never received the letter, and Elizabeth claimed the scholarship had not been revoked. She is still attending the university and living in a dormitory.

NEW YORK — The male-female orgasm gap. The sex lives of 14-year-olds. A breakdown of condom usage, with teens emerging as more safe-sex-conscious than boomers.

That’s just a tiny sampling of the data being unveiled today in what researchers call the largest, most comprehensive survey of Americans’ sexual behavior since 1994.

Filling 130 pages of a special issue of the Journal of Sexual Medicine, the study offers detailed findings on how often Americans have sex, with whom, and how they respond. In all, 5,865 people, ages 14 to 94, participated in the survey.

The lead researchers, from Indiana University’s Center for Sexual Health Promotion, said the study fills a void that has grown since the last comparable endeavor — the National Health and Social Life Survey — was published 16 years ago. Major changes since then include the spread of sexually transmitted diseases, the types of sex education available to young people, same-sex marriage and the emergence of the Internet as a tool for social interaction.

Dr. Dennis Fortenberry, a pediatrics professor who was lead author of the study’s section about teen sex, said the overall findings of such a huge survey should provide reassurance to Americans who are curious about how their sex lives compare with those of others:

“Unless, like al-Qaida, you feel there’s something abnormal about the American people, what these data say is, ‘This is normal’ ”

The researchers said they were struck by the variety of ways in which the subjects engaged in sex — 41 combinations of sexual acts were tallied. The study also explored male and female orgasms and pain during sex.

The study, which began taking shape in 2007, was funded by Church & Dwight Co., the manufacturer of Trojan condoms. Questions about condom usage figured prominently, but the researchers insisted that the integrity of their findings was not affected by the corporate tie.

Among the findings was a high rate of condom usage among 14- to 17-year-olds. Of the surveyed boys who had sexual intercourse, 79% reported using a condom on the most recent occasion, compared with 25% for all the men in the survey.

However, the sample for that particular question involved only 57 teens in the 14-to-17 age range. That’s far smaller than the thousands involved in latest federal Youth Risk Behavior Survey last year, which calculated condom use among sexually active high school students at 61%.

Fortenberry nonetheless found the new findings encouraging.

“There’s been a major shift among young people in the role condoms have in their sexual lives,” he said. “Condoms have become normative.”

The study also found that rates of condom usage among black and Hispanic men were significantly higher than for whites. The researchers said this suggested that HIV/AIDS awareness programs were making headway in those communities, which have relatively high rates of the disease.

The lowest condom usage rates were for men older than 50; researchers said this was worrisome. Although men in that age group are more likely to be married than males in their teens and 20s, other surveys have shown 50s-and-over to be far more open to multiple sex partners than in the past, raising the risk for disease.

It’s been nearly 18 years since Amy Fisher became infamous as the “Long Island Lolita” for having an affair with Joey Buttafuoco and shooting his then wife, Mary Jo, in the head.

Fisher, who was 17 at the time of the shooting, served seven years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of assault and was freed in 2004. Since then, she has worked as a columnist, book author and exotic dancer.

It’s been a hard row to hoe, but now, at the age of 36, she says she’s finally coming to terms with people’s perceptions of who she is — but it took making a porn film to do it.

Back in 2007, her husband, Lou Bellera, sold a sex tape of the couple to Red Light District Video of Los Angeles. She says the video sold phenomenally well.

“When that DVD came out, I thought that my life was over,” she told AOL News. “I mean, people look at me badly all the time. But a friend in the adult industry pointed out, ‘They say horrible things about you already.’ ”

That comment made Fisher see things in a new light. Now, her first hard-core film, “Deep Inside Amy Fisher,” is set for release today.

The film features Fisher in four scenes opposite three adult actors, Dale DaBone, Tommy Gunn and Marcus London, and one actress, Lisa Ann, who is best known for spoofing Sarah Palin in the 2008 porn parody “Nailin’ Paylin.”

Fisher is quick to say that the main reason for doing the film is financial, not sexual.

“This has nothing to do with sex. I don’t have to share that with the world,” she said. “The impression that many people have of adult performers is that they are sex addicts, but they don’t do it for free.”

Neither does Fisher, who seems resigned to the fact that the film is not a vehicle to reinvent her persona like, say, “Pulp Fiction” did for John Travolta.

“This is acting,” she said. “I play the Amy Fisher they expect to see. People call me a whore or a slut. That used to hurt, but you know what? The people who buy porn love whores and sluts. If you like me, but don’t like porn, you’re not going to buy this movie anyway.”

She quickly adds that the fact that she has the chance to star in a movie is a compliment of sorts.

“You never see fat people with sex tapes,” she said. “You never see ugly celebrities doing them. I’m happy to say, I’m very attractive today.”

Because Fisher’s first fling into the porn biz was a homemade tape, she assumed that making the movie would be easy.

“I really thought that I’d just lie on a couch, have sex and then they’d box it and sell it,” she said. “But the distributor wanted me to see what really goes on — the lighting, the posing, the cameras — so I’d be prepared.”

Fisher prepared herself in other ways as well, by getting to know her actors before the scenes and following a little method acting in order to get in the mood.

“You know how actors will cry in a movie and they say they thought of something sad?” she said. “Well, this wasn’t about sex, but I did try and do something like that before immersing myself in a scene.”

At least one time, the “immersion” was literal. The opening scene takes place near a Japanese waterfall.

“It was 110 degrees and, in order to cool off, I stepped into the pool thinking that it was, at most, 3 feet deep,” she said with a laugh. “It was 8 feet deep and I literally went underwater, so my hair and makeup were destroyed and we lost half the day.”

Fisher picked the actors personally and was especially happy to work with Ann, whom she knew before her move to the porn industry.

“She owned part of an agency that I worked for when I was an exotic dancer,” Fisher said. “I was a fan of hers so it was really nice.”

But while Fisher admires Ann, she admits their scene together was harder to film than the ones with the male actors.

“It was easier with the male stars,” she said. “I’m heterosexual. I love looking at beautiful women, but I’m not bisexual. That said, when I saw the scene, I was proud because I did a great acting job during that scene.”

Her husband, Bellera, was also proud.

“He’s an editor and knows when I’m acting and when I’m not, and he was impressed,” she said.

Fisher is under no illusion that this film will make her America’s sweetheart — or that she ever was that. But she believes that after 18 years of having no control of her image, she has taken it back a little.

DEVON James, the porn star who claimed Tiger Woods was the father of her nine-year-old son, has sold a sex tape allegedly of herself and the golfer to a DVD production company, RadarOnline reported.

“We made a deal with a DVD production company,” her husband, Nick James, said.

“We’re going to sell the video online and we get half the profits of all sales.”

Nick James said he and his wife met with a pornography studio in Los Angeles, US, this week but the company backed off from a deal because it was “scared of the Tiger lawyers”.

“Ultimately we found a different company and they gave us $350,000 down with projected sales of $5 million total once it’s out,” he said.

The notoriously fragmented porn industry is uniting to expose Internet Age pirates threatening its survival.

Studios have begun collaborating on lawsuits targeting people who share digitized adult videos at peer-to-peer networks and are exploring technology tools for automatically tracking and protecting copyrighted material online.

Pink Visual is rallying dozens of adult entertainment studio operators at an unprecedented Content Protection Retreat in Arizona in October to train in ways to combat piracy and defend intellectual property.

“We joke that we can’t agree on where to go for lunch, but this is getting big and we are ready to put aside the egos and sit down to work together on solutions,” said the head of Lightspeed studio Steve Lightspeed.

“Piracy on the Internet is much more available to the average user than it ever was.”

Internet technology that started as a boon for porn producers by allowing videos or images to be discreetly viewed on home computers has turned against the adult industry, according to Pink president Allison Vivas.

“People were willing back then to pay top dollar for porn, now it looks like the majority of users think adult content is free,” Vivas said. “That is a huge shift in just a few years.”

In recent weeks, porn producers began filing lawsuits against “John Does” that share copyrighted adult material at BitTorrent sites that use peer-to-peer networks of personal computers to swap digital content.

Larry Flynt Publications sued 635 individuals in a court in Texas on September 20 in the company’s first suit aimed at users of BitTorrent sites and vowed many more such suits were to come.

Suits threaten to expose names of accused porn pirates as part of the legal process, and that alone might prove a deterrent.

Studios are working with lawyers at Media Copyright Group and Copyright Enforcement Services on the litigation, with an initial legal barrage focused on videos touting shemales or 18-year-old girls.

“It seems like it will be quite embarrassing for whichever user ends up in a lawsuit about using a popular shemale title,” Vivas said, using a term that refers to a person who has female features but male genitalia.

“When it comes to private sexual fantasies and fetishes, going public is probably not worth the risk that these torrent and peer-to-peer users are taking.”

Studios are also taking legal aim at “tube” websites, porn versions of video-sharing service YouTube, which they decry as willing stages for pirated content.

Studios expressed frustration with unscrupulous adult video-sharing websites packing pages with pirated material and only being required by law to remove the content after proper owners notice and complain.

Lightspeed likened the situation to a car thief only having to return a stolen vehicle after the owner found him and asked for it back.

“The technology has outpaced the laws,” Lightspeed said. “We really need to organize ourselves and lobby for a change in the law.”

Part of the retreat will be devoted to educating studio operators about technology designed to swiftly find and identify copyrighted content posted online and then remove it or overlay it with advertising or labels.

“Companies are going out of business left and right,” Vivas said. “You either have to change your business model or regenerate the value; a lot of companies are doing both.”

Pink has been focusing on content for Internet-linked mobile devices including Apple’s popular iPhone smartphones and iPad tablet computers.

Vivid Entertainment has fashioned itself as a purveyor of celebrity sex content and porn parodies of classic films or television shows such as “Batman.”

Lightspeed launched as an adult pay website in 1999 and has grown to 40 online venues.

Lightspeed spent 25,000 dollars and months of work to launch a new website, but shut it down because pirates were giving all of the content away free online within a day.

“The economy in general is forcing everybody’s hands,” Lightspeed said.

“Piracy is just a glaring gap in everyone’s revenue.”

Lightspeed contended that the company’s entire library of content, valued at 10 million dollars, was scattered across the Internet.

“A lot of people think porn producers make enough money already and won’t pay them,” Lightspeed said. “The truth is everyone is just working for a living here and we pay our taxes like everyone else does.”

Irish airline Ryanair is on a Europe-wide search for sexy female cabin crew to strip down for its 2011 calendar.

Despite complaints from women’s groups across Europe, the airline is determined to line up female cabin crew members to pose semi-naked for the calendar.

A Ryanair spokesperson said that despite women’s groups criticism of the calendar idea, a recent poll indicated female staff as the popular choice.

“Overwhelmingly people still want female cabin crews,” he said.

“We wanted sexy passengers to be in it but they said no they wanted cabin crew 50,000 passengers voted and said they wanted it to be female.

“We’ve come in for some criticism in the past from some women’s groups so we decided to let passengers tell us what they want.”

The spokesperson said that fewer Irish girls apply to take part in the calendar than other nationalities, and there are no guarantees that an Irish girl will make the cut.

All proceeds go for charity. Last year’s calendar raised $130,000.

Ryanair’s biggest competition is the Irish Fire Brigade calendar, which sold 20,000 copies in 2009 making it the most popular calendar in the world.

A naked woman crashed through a roof in Aberdeen (UK) while having sex with her boyfriend, it has been claimed.

According to Metro, the couple smashed a third-floor window and stripped off on the roof of the Bridge Street flats on Friday when the incident happened.

Australia has launched an advertising campaign to accompany tough new laws on sex tourism.

Adverts have been placed in national newspapers that warn offenders they can be prosecuted in Australia even if their crimes are committed elsewhere.

The measures include jail terms of up to 25 years for Australians found guilty of sex crimes against children in foreign countries.

Charities in Australia have welcomed the tougher stance.

Hetty Johnston from the Queensland-based child protection charity, Bravehearts, says sex tourists should have no place to hide.

“What we know is that it is increasingly difficult for sex offenders to get away with their crimes in Australia because of the increased level of awareness,” she said.

“So it is an option – and a very attractive option – for child-sex offenders to actually travel overseas to places where children are not so protected.

“Anything at all that we can do to stop that – we are all for. We just don’t believe persons convicted of child sex offences should be allowed to leave the country without reason.”

Charities have alleged that Australians have travelled far and wide to abuse children.

They blame organised criminal gangs in Asia, the Pacific, South America and Eastern Europe as well as China for facilitating such “abhorrent behaviour”.

The Australian government has promised to fight the sexual exploitation of children wherever it occurs.

Officials say they want to combat the “increasingly depraved and corrupt activities” of child-sex tourists.

Misti : I was in college until later last semester. Due to traveling so much for my career, it was hard to balance the two and give the attention to my education that it deserved. I fully intend on returning to college and changing my major from Biology to Psychology.

X-Rated : What brought you to the porn industry?
Misti : My interest started long ago and I entered in the industry doing softcore stuff at 18. Decked out in pink, their locks glinting in the sunshine, hundreds of blondes marched arm-in-arm through the Latvian capital Riga Saturday, in a bid to raise spirits in the slump-stricken Baltic state.

Tourists and locals marvelled as more than 800 blondes wove their way through the streets for the second edition of what organisers say they hope will become a regular annual event.

“I feel very good to be surrounded by so many beautiful women. It’s great to be blonde,” local student Linda told AFP.

For the 19-year-old, who turned out with her dog Sniffs, the event is mostly a fun day out with friends.

“It is just great to do something positive in Latvia and at the same time promote blondes as being fun, positive, intelligent people,” said Ilze, a blonde helping out at the parade.

Started last year by a group of like-minded local blondes, the march aims to bring some cheer to Latvians who have had little cause to smile recently.

The Baltic nation of 2.2 million people is locked in the deepest economic crisis of the 27-nation European Union, after a boom went off the rails and sent its economy shrinking by 18 percent in 2009.

Money collected during the event will be donated to local charities, including for mothers with disabled children.

Organisers said they were extremely happy with the turnout, up from last year’s 500, with the parade wrapping up a week of events celebrating all things blonde, including a Marilyn Monroe lookalike competition.

This year’s parade also drew foreign crowds, including New Zealanders Rachel and Clint, who travelled from Britain especially after seeing the 2009 edition in the media.

Grinning widely, 26-year-old Clint told AFP: “After seeing last year’s parade in the news, I knew this was something I could not afford to miss!”
