It looks like Tiger Woods has one less problem to worry about. The Florida porn star selling a sex tape — that she claimed featured her with the golfing great — has filed for bankruptcy, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

The filing is particularly noteworthy because Devon James and her husband Nick claimed to RadarOnline.com that they had been paid more than $300,000 for the sale of the sex tape.

But the bankruptcy papers they filed under penalty of perjury directly contradict that claim, with the couple listing assets at zero to $50,000. There is also no sign of the sex tape payment in the papers, which includes a complete listing of assets.

The brazen couple has a Web site that is currently active and accepting orders for the sale of the Tiger sex tape. But a close examination of the bankruptcy papers obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, shows that the couple does not have any assets from an outside company. (Even if James accepted payment by setting up her own corporation she would have to list it on the papers.)

James – aka Melina Jannette – and her husband Nick filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection in Florida on October 20. The documents show that Nick and Devon, who falsely claimed Tiger was the father of her love child is $231,124.01 in debt. That’s despite the Jannettes’ bold and emphatic claims to RadarOnline.com that they sold the tape for $350,000 to an unspecified DVD production company.

Amazingly, they are still accepting orders for the “sex tape.” They set up tigertapexxx.com and advertise “Devon James and Tiger Woods Sex Tape On Sale Now.” They claim on the site that the tape will be released November 15. The bankrupt couple has been accepting payment for “the tape” through Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Devon and Nick have refused to show RadarOnline.com any proof the tape exists. At one point, Devon told us that screen captures for the tape would be posted the next day. That day came and went without the photos.

Nick bragged that he made a six-figure deal to sell the screen captures but provided zero proof. He then claimed her was negotiating with Tiger’s lawyers to sell them the tape, but again has provided zero proof.

And the bankruptcy papers indicate that Devon and Nick do not have any asset as valuable as a Tiger Woods sex tape. The amateur porn entrepreneurs list their only assets as $1800 worth of personal property; $1200 household good and furnishings, $300 in clothes and a further $300 in cash on hand.

Despite their bankruptcy, Nick boasted to RadarOnline.com on Monday how he and his wife had “maxed out” pre-order sales of the alleged tape that purports to show “Tiger Woods’ former girl playing all the holes”.

Yet when it came to signing a legally binding document, filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court, the Janettes confessed they have ZERO intellectual property even though they’re supposedly sitting on a multi-million dollar commodity. And when asked if they had copyrights, patents, licenses, franchises or another intangible – something that would constitute a marketable product – the couple declared, to a Tampa court: “None.”

In the court filing, the sex tape brokers declare they don’t own stock or have interests in another incorporated or unincorporated business, even though a business, Devon James Productions, is mentioned on their website as selling and marketing the tape.

What’s more, Nick boasted to RadarOnline.com that as a result of pre-orders, he had made over $4 million in sales and was driving around in a brand new “truck”.

RadarOnline.com broke the story that another man, Teneal Goyco, 29, claimed he was Tiger’s doppel-banger and Devon offered him $1,000 to fulfill her fantasy of frolicking with Tiger. “I was in it to make a couple bucks and have sex with a pretty lady,” Goyco told RadarOnline.com. “I just thought I was fulfilling this woman’s fantasy of having sex with Tiger Woods, as she had said she wanted.”

In an exclusive interview, Goyco said that James and her husband dressed him up in a Nike hat and sweater vest and that she insisted on calling him “Tiger” throughout their steamy two-hour video shoot in a Philadelphia hotel room. Questions about the veracity of the tape were first raised after Devon’s former manager Gina Rodriguez, a former porn star turned manager-to-the-mistresses, insisted “the tape does not exist”.

She said, “This is definitely a scam and I would advise anyone thinking of buying it to not send sending in your money for pre order, because the tape does not exist and if they have a tape, it’s NOT Tiger.”

The Jannette’s former advisor also claimed Devon and Nick had once suggested employing a look-a-like of the philandering golfer to feature as a stunt double. Rodriguez recalled, “Nick knew Tiger was not in any video so he said, ‘We should find a Tiger look a like and make a tape, no one will know.’ I told them that I would have no part of a fake tape.”

However, a defiant Nick responded, declaring the 62-minute video clearly shows the golf great in 37 minutes worth of compromising positions. It was filmed in a Tampa condo two years ago, he claimed. Even Devon’s own mother, Sandra Brinling, has cast doubt about whether her prostitute daughter even slept with Tiger.

However, Devon, alleged she was paid thousands of dollars for a steamy threesome with Tiger back in 2006, beginning a series of illicit trysts. The Jannette’s debt of $231,124.01 includes more than $12,000 in credit debt and thousands in unpaid phone, medical and car bills.

McCarthy tells news show Access Hollywood Live, “When I was a little girl we learned that you had to go through puberty and ‘take care of yourself’ otherwise you’d go blind and deaf. That’s what we learned in Catholic school – you can’t enjoy yourself.

“I had a little bear… and I thought, ‘If Tubby does it, he’s gonna burn in hell, not me. Tubby was this bear that I had for many years and the sad part of the story is that I came home one day and my mum sold it in a garage sale.”

Meanwhile, McCarthy has US TV icon Suzanne Somers to thank for a boost in her sex life – a miracle hormone cream the Three’s Company star talked about in her book Breakthrough turned the model/actress into a bedroom diva.

McCarthy loved the idea of Progesterone Cream and decided to try it for herself – and smeared on a little too much.

‘Valentina, she really taught me the real meaning of life and coming back [to modelling] after having her really helped me with my career.

‘I feel like a new person. More confident, more patient, more open to people.’

And Adriana claims that rather than make her feel insecure or dowdy, motherhood has only made her feel sexier.

She says: ‘I feel at peace with myself – I can’t explain. Sexiness is all about attitude. Sexiness for me is all about embracing yourself, embracing who you really are.

‘Whatever it is, if you’re funny, if you’re clumsy, just embrace it and enjoy. And Valentina, she doesn’t even talk yet, and she teaches me all of these things.

Jenny McCarthy wants to make her bedroom skills public.

She explained, “I don’t have a sex tape and I’m kinda upset that I don’t…because I’m really good.”

Jenny is still stunned by how quickly she became a Playboy Playmate – an hour after showing up unannounced for a talent shoot. But McCarthy admitted there was a huge shock in store for her the first time she disrobed for the magazine’s photographer. She said, “He says, ‘Lose your undies…’ and all of a sudden I hear, ‘Woah!’

The star was further shocked when the photographer and his assistant came closer and started staring at her genitalia: “He (photographer) goes, ‘I say we just light the heck out of it… like it’s roadkill.’”

It’s been nearly 18 years since Amy Fisher became infamous as the “Long Island Lolita” for having an affair with Joey Buttafuoco and shooting his then wife, Mary Jo, in the head.

Fisher, who was 17 at the time of the shooting, served seven years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of assault and was freed in 2004. Since then, she has worked as a columnist, book author and exotic dancer.

It’s been a hard row to hoe, but now, at the age of 36, she says she’s finally coming to terms with people’s perceptions of who she is — but it took making a porn film to do it.

Back in 2007, her husband, Lou Bellera, sold a sex tape of the couple to Red Light District Video of Los Angeles. She says the video sold phenomenally well.

“When that DVD came out, I thought that my life was over,” she told AOL News. “I mean, people look at me badly all the time. But a friend in the adult industry pointed out, ‘They say horrible things about you already.’ ”

That comment made Fisher see things in a new light. Now, her first hard-core film, “Deep Inside Amy Fisher,” is set for release today.

The film features Fisher in four scenes opposite three adult actors, Dale DaBone, Tommy Gunn and Marcus London, and one actress, Lisa Ann, who is best known for spoofing Sarah Palin in the 2008 porn parody “Nailin’ Paylin.”

Fisher is quick to say that the main reason for doing the film is financial, not sexual.

“This has nothing to do with sex. I don’t have to share that with the world,” she said. “The impression that many people have of adult performers is that they are sex addicts, but they don’t do it for free.”

Neither does Fisher, who seems resigned to the fact that the film is not a vehicle to reinvent her persona like, say, “Pulp Fiction” did for John Travolta.

“This is acting,” she said. “I play the Amy Fisher they expect to see. People call me a whore or a slut. That used to hurt, but you know what? The people who buy porn love whores and sluts. If you like me, but don’t like porn, you’re not going to buy this movie anyway.”

She quickly adds that the fact that she has the chance to star in a movie is a compliment of sorts.

“You never see fat people with sex tapes,” she said. “You never see ugly celebrities doing them. I’m happy to say, I’m very attractive today.”

Because Fisher’s first fling into the porn biz was a homemade tape, she assumed that making the movie would be easy.

“I really thought that I’d just lie on a couch, have sex and then they’d box it and sell it,” she said. “But the distributor wanted me to see what really goes on — the lighting, the posing, the cameras — so I’d be prepared.”

Fisher prepared herself in other ways as well, by getting to know her actors before the scenes and following a little method acting in order to get in the mood.

“You know how actors will cry in a movie and they say they thought of something sad?” she said. “Well, this wasn’t about sex, but I did try and do something like that before immersing myself in a scene.”

At least one time, the “immersion” was literal. The opening scene takes place near a Japanese waterfall.

“It was 110 degrees and, in order to cool off, I stepped into the pool thinking that it was, at most, 3 feet deep,” she said with a laugh. “It was 8 feet deep and I literally went underwater, so my hair and makeup were destroyed and we lost half the day.”

Fisher picked the actors personally and was especially happy to work with Ann, whom she knew before her move to the porn industry.

“She owned part of an agency that I worked for when I was an exotic dancer,” Fisher said. “I was a fan of hers so it was really nice.”

But while Fisher admires Ann, she admits their scene together was harder to film than the ones with the male actors.

“It was easier with the male stars,” she said. “I’m heterosexual. I love looking at beautiful women, but I’m not bisexual. That said, when I saw the scene, I was proud because I did a great acting job during that scene.”

Her husband, Bellera, was also proud.

“He’s an editor and knows when I’m acting and when I’m not, and he was impressed,” she said.

Fisher is under no illusion that this film will make her America’s sweetheart — or that she ever was that. But she believes that after 18 years of having no control of her image, she has taken it back a little.

DEVON James, the porn star who claimed Tiger Woods was the father of her nine-year-old son, has sold a sex tape allegedly of herself and the golfer to a DVD production company, RadarOnline reported.

“We made a deal with a DVD production company,” her husband, Nick James, said.

“We’re going to sell the video online and we get half the profits of all sales.”

Nick James said he and his wife met with a pornography studio in Los Angeles, US, this week but the company backed off from a deal because it was “scared of the Tiger lawyers”.

“Ultimately we found a different company and they gave us $350,000 down with projected sales of $5 million total once it’s out,” he said.

He said a website featuring a teaser of the sex tape will be launched in a couple of weeks.

“If you pre-book buying the tape you get it on November 15th, otherwise you it comes out for sale on the 20th,” Nick James said.

Devon James, whose real name is Melinda Janette, said the tape was made in 2008 and it is 62 minutes long with 37 minutes of her and Woods having sex.

“It’s going to be the bomb,” she said.

In June, James alleged the now-divorced golfer was the father of her nine-year-old son and filed a claim for him to submit a DNA test. She said she met Woods while attending a Christian school program at age 19.

But in August, the paternity case against Woods by the 29-year-old alleged mistress was thrown out by a Florida judge – as James failed to appear in court and because the adult film star does not even have custody of the child in question.

he child is currently in the custody of James’ mother.

Her mother, Sandra Brinling, has described her daughter as a “pathological liar.”

“[My daughter is] only out to lie, steal and cheat,” Brinling told Radar in June. “All she is looking for is to get money from [Woods].”

Brinling has also expressed doubt as to whether the sex tape exists.

Former ‘Roseanne’ actress Sara Gilbert quietly came out publicly as a lesbian at a press conference during the Television Critics Association conference in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Entertainment Weekly reports.
