Porn Super  Star Tori Black told police she had been drinking before returning to the room where Anderson and their 5-month-old son were waiting. The two began arguing, the police report states, because Anderson, a behind-the-scenes industry production worker, did not have “enough breast milk” for the baby.

The fight escalated when Anderson reportedly called Black an “unfit mother,” after which she punched him in the back of the head and he shoved her into a wall, Black told police. I went out to host a party at Sapphire nightclub, and I was hanging out with Alexis Texas and Asa Akira, and we were all having a great time, just sitting having a few drinks, and anybody who knows what happens when you stop drinking for a really long time and then start drinking again, is that you realize that your tolerance has gone way down. Before I realized it, I was getting pretty drunk.

So we got in the limo and headed back to the hotel, and I stopped at the bar with a friend, and we were having a serious conversation, and I had another few drinks, and by that time, I was way past my limit and not really thinking about what I was drinking. By the time I got to my hotel room, I was going in and out of blacking out, and essentially what happened when I got to the room was, I wanted to cuddle with my baby, as usual—that’s the first thing I want to do when I get home—and his dad was worried that I might hurt him by accident because I couldn’t even walk straight, I couldn’t think, I was really, really quite drunk.

By the time he told me that he wanted me to sober up before I held the baby, I got very defensive, I was embarassed because I knew how drunk I was, and I thought he was going to take the baby away from me for good, just because, you know when you’re drunk, you just don’t think straight. So I kind of went a little berzerk and tried to get the baby, and everything he did was just to restrain me.

The police were called because I was screaming for help because I wanted my baby. I just wanted to hold him and did not realize how far gone I was, and Lyndell just wanted me to compose myself. You know, if I’m trying to lay with the baby, you never know what could happen, so he was just trying to take care of both of us. [TMZ] said he used excessive force, which is not true, and from anybody who knows me, I am a tough girl, and trying to restrain me takes excessive force. Essentially, that’s the story, and that is the whole story, and the most important thing to me is my family, and I made a very big mistake, and to them I apologize. I apologize to the people that came to see me at AVN and didn’t get a chance to say hello because I was otherwise occupied. I apologize to the companies that I let down and the engagements that I was supposed to have. I let everybody down, and it was a mistake that I made, and I apologize. I apologize to Lyndell, obviously, because the first thing that people want to say is that I’m being abused by the person that I’m with, and that’s just far from the truth, so I just wanted to go on record and straighten it out and say essentially it was more of me being too drunk. From what I hear from Lyndell, I punched a wall and not his head, so it was blown pretty far out of proportion.

“The most important thing is that my family and I are OK and they forgive me, and we are working on moving forward.”

Black added that she and Anderson do have a court date scheduled as a result of the arrests, but that she expects no charges to be pressed, as no damage was done to the hotel property, nor were any complaints made of public disturbance.

Two porn stars — Amandha Fox and Luana Borgia — are set to face off in a mayoral election in the Italian town of Taranto, The Sun reports.

Iran’s supreme court has upheld the death sentence for a web programmer who faces imminent execution after being found guilty of developing and promoting porn websites.

Saeed Malekpour was picked up by plainclothes officers in October 2008 and taken to Evin prison in Tehran, where he spent a year in solitary confinement without access to lawyers and without charge.

A year after his arrest, the 35-year-old appeared in a state television programme confessing to a series of crimes in connection with a porn website. On the basis of his TV confessions, he was convicted of designing and moderating adult materials online by a court in Tehran, which handed down death penalty.

It would allow copyright holders to shut down any site with user generated content (even just a little as it could be seen facilitating infringements), without due process, and create an American internet blacklist.

Los Angeles City Council has approved an ordinance mandating condom use on porn sets. The 9-1 vote was given final approval this morning and now awaits signature by the mayor before LAPD and city officials next figure out how exactly to enforce it.

Most of the adult industry currently is in Las Vegas for the annual Adult Entertainment Expo, one of the largest trade shows that unites porn fans with their favorite starlets and studios and remains one of the most significant and essential elements of adult companies’ success each year.
Most producers, performers and other major players in the biz argue that the market not only vetoes condoms in the porn they illegally download buy, their rejection may also drive studios to shoot their stuff elsewhere.

Whether or not L.A. County would feel the financial effects of this potential action – or that a move of this magnitude would even happen – is unclear, but industry leaders are adamant that porn consumers simply don’t want to see condoms on the screen.

Requiring condoms has been a hot button topic for years, and with past reports of fear-inflated AIDS “outbreaks” groups of proponents – including the media-friendly AIDS Healthcare Foundation – have made it their initiative to put an ordinance like this into effect.

Police say a Southern California woman offered McDonald’s restaurant drive-thru customers sex for chicken McNuggets.

Burbank police Lt. John Dilibert says 31-year-old Khadijah Baseer was seen opening the car doors of customers in a McDonald’s drive-thru lane on Jan. 11.

The L.A. City Council is expected to give final approval to a measure that will require condoms for porn performers who work at location shoots that are permitted by City Hall.

The AIDS Healthcare Foundation, which has been pushing for such a rule for a few years, note that the council needs only eight (8) ‘yes’ votes to be passed into law.

Keep in mind that at the “first reading” of the law, only one councilman, Mitch Englander, opposed it.

The AHF calls the city rule “historic.”

The group got approval from the City Clerk to put the issue before voters, and L.A. City Attorney Carmen Trutanich took the matter to court in an effort to block the initiative from reaching the ballot.

He argued that the city could not do the state’s work for it in this matter — and that work is requiring condoms on-set.

A Beverly Hills Police spokesman later confirmed the accident occurred when Francis opened his Bentley door into traffic, with the other driver then crashing into it.

‘He has not been arrested and I can assure you the handcuffs in and of himself do not constitute an arrest.’
