Fired Stripper, 44, Sues For Age Discrimination

Kimberlee Ouwroulis, who began stripping when she was 40, was fired from at New Locomotion, Canada strip club for being too old. The club decided they wanted to go in a “younger” direction and now the little MILF is suing the club for age discrimination.

I have been to a few strip clubs in my day and have seen all kinds of women. Old, young, fat, skinny, white, black, English, Russian etc., and I know they all have one thing in common. They hate stripping. You ask any stripper if they like spinning on a pole then crawling on their knees for a dollar you will get a “no” straight across the board.

Kimberlee is not a bad looking woman at 44, although I have only seen one photo and she is covered up a bit. Most strip clubs across the world do not have “Perfect 10′s” working all day. They have mostly average women who need to make a few bucks. Some go above and beyond..some just get by.

Ouwroulis told the National Post that while the job is about looks, it is also about personality and attitude. I agree and disagree. I never walked out of a strip club and said “Wow, that was a really nice intelligent stripper”. Lets call a spade a spade. If the girl is not hot then you probably wont get so far as to find out what her “personality” is all about. After all, your not going into a strip club to find your wife. Your going there to get turned on and last time I checked I never got hard based on conversation.

Yes, she has the blond hair and big breasts and in a dark club with the right perfume and amount of drinks I’m sure not too many men care about how old she is. Maybe she just sucked as a dancer. Maybe when the manager, who called her into his office and said “We are going in a new younger direction”, maybe he was just trying to be nice and not say “Hey…you suck as a dancer…your 44 ..your fired !”

After all, she knows she is old to be dancing. Now you have someone else suing someone else to try to make a buck. I can guarantee you some porn studio will contact her and offer her a gig sucking cock. I can guarantee you she wont win this case but she will make money from being a fired 44 year old stripper.

Again, when do you say when? When do you say enoughs enough? Your 44…stripping…now involved in a lawsuit because your got fired for being a 44 year old stripper.
